Meet with for a support group with other locals who suffer from Depression,Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), Fibromyalgia, and anxiety, to work on group (or individual) personal coaching sessions to improve overall quality of life.
I am a certified coach who believes that there is a role for many body-mind ailments. By improving our life through relationship enhancement, nutrition, weight loss, and goal-setting, we can lead wonderful, healthy lives and try to ut down on medication as a back-up. My philosophy is heal the mind, and the body will follow. I am looking to do group coaching sessions b/c I think this is the most economical way to help others the most. Many traditional health care providers make is very expensive to seek help ( over $100) and this limits people from the help they need. But with a group session, I hope to make this affordable and effective.

Hello. I'd like to learn more about managing conditions like CFS that are hard to treat but leave people struggling to improve their quality of life. I think the coaching thing is a good idea and I'd like to see if it helps.
